If you paid a Tenant Protection fee, we’ll refund you the first month’s rent and the fee.
If you paid for a subscription, we’ll refund you the first month’s rent. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
Get your new address several months in advance: when going on exchange abroad, universities may ask you to have already an address to validate your admission. You may also need an address to get your visa if you come from a country outside the European Union.

GoMonthlyStay provides a secure booking service for all of its users. After the tenant pays the first month’s rent to GoMonthlyStay, we will keep it safe in our system. When tenants arrive at the property, they have 48 hours to check the room. If everything is OK, GoMonthlyStay transfers the money to the landlord.
Here are some of the advantages of using the system:
Interaction with the tenants for free: You will only be charged for using the platform if you find a suitable tenant. Only once you have a confirmed booking will a small commission fee apply.
Guarantee that you get the first month’s rent: You ensure that your tenant will show up and rent your room. If they do not, they will not get reimbursed, and you will still get the first month’s rent. Without our secure payment service, your tenant may cancel anytime, and you would have to start your tenant search over.
Check your tenant’s solvency: If your tenant can pay the first month’s rent and the service fee, this is the first indicator of their level of resources. Doing this will minimize the risk of having a tenant in financial difficulties.
International payments facilitated: Money transfers from a country outside the EU to an EU country may be slow and complicated. Our secure payment service enables these payments. You can be sure you will receive your payment on time, no matter which country your tenant comes from.

Your students are only charged once they’ve booked a place. Our secure booking service enables students to transfer money to the landlord safely, and they can get a full refund if the place differs from what is advertised.
When your student books a place through GoMonthlyStay, they transfer the first month’s rent + Tenant Protection fee to GoMonthlyStay. GoMonthlyStay will hold the funds until the move-in date listed on the booking. When the student arrives in their new home, they have 48 hours to check if it is as advertised. If everything is OK, GoMonthlyStay transfers the money to the landlord.

What services does GoMonthlyStay cover?

Once a booking is completed, you’ll receive the tenant’s email address and phone number. You can then confirm the final details of the booking, such as their time of arrival and key collection.
GoMonthlyStay will transfer the first month’s rent to you 48 hours after your tenant’s move-in date.
